years with a minimum of 7 peer reviewed publications.
Now, coming finally to the post of Professor, to become

have to be an eminent scholar with a PhD degree in a relevant discipline. You’d also need to have published very high-quality
research work, with at
least 10 research publications under
your hat. Apart from all of that, you’d also need to have a minimum of 10 years of
teaching experience.
