Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program

Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program is designed to help local employers get the right people to complete the jobs undertaken by them. Located in the eastern most part of Canada, this island is picturesque and provides for few world famous views. Prince Edward Island otherwise known as PEI, has huge red sand beaches. PEI has quite an amount of fertile land for cultivation. PEI is famous for its farm products and export of sea food. PEI is the smallest island and province in Canada. XIPHIAS Immigration brings forward their PEI PNP to help our clients relocate to PEI a smooth ride.

PEI PNP has 2 pathways defined to help skilled professionals relocate to the province.

1.     1.   PEI PNP Express Entry Pathway

2.     2.   Labor Impact Category

PEI PNP Express Entry Pathway works in tandem with the Federal Express Entry system. This means that the profiles required in PEI, will be selected from the Express Entry Portal profiles where the profiles would have been already filtered and sorted. Such shortlisted profiles will be provided with a nomination certificate from the PEI which surges up the basic score of the profiles by 600 points thus making these profiles eligible for Canada Permanent Residency VISA

For a profile to be selected through the express entry system, the profile should pass through 5 factors namely, age, education, experience, language and adaptability. Each of the factors is given a certain minimum and maximum score. This score will be adjudged to the profile. Based on the net score, the profile will be given a rank. And based on the ranks, the profiles will be shortlisted for further processing. However, for the profile to be shortlisted by PEI, then the jobs should be in the current hot list of jobs.

The applicant will have to submit documents proving what has been given in the application. These documents include birth certificate/equivalent, education certificates, experience certificates, documents proving one’s mental and physical health, documents proving one’s clean background and anything relevant. Apart from this, the applicant will have to prove their economic credibility of being self-dependent for self and family.  At no point of time, the candidate can seek public funds. XIPHIAS Immigration provides the required support for successful migration of our client to his/her desired province. We are registered immigration agents for Canada, may be one of the 2 or 3 in the whole of India. We get timely updates of the changes in immigration policies there and we can officially represent our clients at Canada Immigrations.

Our services include providing right counseling for our clients to help them understand what best immigration stream could suit them. We help them overcome the biggest barrier of achieving Canada Language Benchmark. We also work with our clients to help them submit their application along with required documents. We follow-up with our clients and also give them the update about the application status. Once the ITA is received, we help them with the next steps too.

Once the COPR (confirmation of Permanent Residency) is received, we provide orientation to our clients who are flying to Canada. We also provide post-landing services for all our clients, helping them relocate there.

It takes almost 6-8 months for the whole process to complete and the client to receive their COPR. We work and guide with our client as would be required to help them obtain their desired destination. We work with both skilled professionals and business investment immigrants to help them relocate and invest. We have good contacts in Canada to help both skilled professionals and investors.
