1. First, check whether the attachments and damaged parts of the intermediate frequency furnace are complete according to the box. At the same time, the number of medium frequency furnace parts should be counted to ensure that the cargo of the medium frequency furnace is complete.

2. Pour the foundation according to the foundation map of the intermediate frequency furnace, after the foundation of the mid-frequency furnace is solidified, the mid-frequency furnace is safely placed on it, and the horizontal furnace work table is used to check the horizontal furnace work table. The length of the millimeter of 1oo must not be greater than 0.3 mm.

3. After the level of the intermediate frequency furnace is corrected, install the foot bolt, and irrigate the concrete in the square hole. It can only be started after the concrete is completely solidified.

4. Connect the circuit and circular cooling water of the medium frequency furnace to ensure that the circuit connection meets the installation of the mid-frequency furnace.
