Post Your Profile in Job Searching Sites

by Editor 123 Writer

The world of placement has undergone a drastic change. Today, there are job searching sites that will ensure you are visible for the Global Market. This has set right an unfairness that has existed for long. The unfairness has been due to the fact that till the other day there has been no uniformity in the various educational standards that existed throughout the world. Each country had its own educational levels according to which the country assessed an individual applicant for a vacancy. This changed overnight once International Standard Classification of Education or ISCED went global under the aegis of UNESCO. Once this happened, it was easy for the job searching sites to post professional profiles of individual applicants on their sites.

The professional profiles are easy to create. All you need to do to post your professional resume on one of the job searching sites is to sign up according to their terms. It is, however, up to you to decide whether or not you wish to be ranked. The various data required to create your resume are the Overall Adjusted Score of different grades you have received both at the educational level and the professional level. Therefore, the ISCED accepted educational level results, experience levels, GMAT or GRE results and TOEFL or IELTS results as well as the IQ Test Result are all converted in the form of an Overall Adjusted Score in each case. Finally, all the scores are toted up and you are ranked in terms of your peers, if you so approve.

The input for the professional profiles in the case of IQ Test Results will be a maximum of 35% Overall Adjusted Score for an IQ Score of 130+ which relates to a page score of 100%. In the case of Education Level a candidate who has completed his Master’s or equivalent degree can tote up a maximum of 88% page score that is equated to 22% overall adjusted score for a professional or 21.9% for the students. The doctoral degree gets you 100% page score and 25% overall adjusted score whether you are a student or a professional.

The job searching sites, similarly, allot you overall adjusted score for your experience, GRE or GMAT and IELTS or TOEFL marks. Finally, the profile that is created will have the total overall adjusted score from the additions of scores of all the above inputs. For the overall ranking, this added score is relevant among your peers. The addition will be a maximum of 35% from the IQ Test, 25% from the Education Level, 25% from the Experience Level (professionals only), 25% from GMAT or GRE (Students only) and 15% from TOEFL or IELTS.
