If your event is big and you expect to witness guests in large numbers, you need to make sure everything is taken care of in a proper way. More guests mean you need more trucks to feed them. You have to take care of parking needs, set-ups and logistics. You need to know where you want the food truck to park and the time when it should be in position. Generally, it should be positioned 30 to 60 minutes prior to the start of the event. If you want the truck to stay for a certain time period, you should make it clear beforehand.
