People need to take a stand

Have you given your life to a company who at a blink of an eye has no problem to let you go?Are you a top member in your company, but you find yourself working harder and never having family time? Are you unemployed and still looking for a job, hoping that the next company you work for will look after you!

Has there ever been any record, where an employee did get a company and continue to run that company as the new owner due his loyalty working for a boss for many years or was that company passed over to a family member?

People tend to look after number one and that is them selves! They always ask "what is in it for me". A boss will do every thing he can to keep the company running and in profit by reducing staff, which has made the company millions of dollars.

An employee will work hard and give up his time to make sure that he is not cut from the company. Imagine exchanging your time for a pay check. A pay check which is never enough or is unable to last until you get another pay check. This forces you to make loans and debt just to make a living.

People need to realize that there is a new way of living. This is different and scary for many! However, this path has been tested and proven to work, since many people who wanted a different way of living have done this.
