Other recruiters later that year were Synechron going with 20 students, Zensar taking 7 students and capgemini giving 6 offers to students. Later that year several other companies came to the college and provided campus placement to several students. The year 2013 was a major breakthrough which made every one realize the great advancements in placements of PCCOE.

 

Again In the year 2014 TCS was the Biggest Company to pick the students from campus recruitments. In 2014 TCS availed offer letters to about 104 students with great packages. Other Massive recruiters were Capgemini, L&T InfoTech, KPIT, iGATE and Tata Communication. According to the report around 36 students were placed in Capgemini, 17 were selected by KPIT and 10 students were offered jobs at L&T InfoTech. Due to all these records the tradition of providing 100% placements for the students was maintained by PCCOE later that year too.

 

As a result of such terrific performance in the placements Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering became the Best Placement Engineering College in Pune for the students. 2015 was the best year in case of placements for PCCOE as almost every student was placed in the top companies situated in India as well as abroad. TCS again was the biggest recruiter appointing 125 students with great packages. Other major recruiter also came to the college later that year giving PCCOE the most successful year in Placements till time. The other giants in recruitment were L&T InfoTech, KPIT, Persistent, Mahle Behr India Ltd, SKF and Capgemini. L&T selected 87 students giving them a great opportunity. Also KPIT selected 45 students that year. Other Big names like persistent took about 15 students. Capgemini like previous years also visited college this time but giving a less number of offers to the students still contributed in the placements of PCCOE, that year Capgemini Picked 9 students with good packages.

Over last 3 years TCS was the biggest recruiter for PCCOE but in the year 2016 under some circumstances TCS did not recruit any student from PCCOE but still PCCOE maintained its 100% placement record and gained an upper hand as the legacy is still running. In 2016 KPIT Technologies took the lead and offered jobs to 183 students. Along with KPIT, Capgemini L&T InfoTech and Mahle Behr India Ltd provided great placements to the students. Capgemini offered 50 students with great job opportunities. L&T InfoTech selected 20 students and Mahle Behr India Ltd picked 10 students from the campus interviews. PCCOE maintains its winning streak this year too by providing the students with best placement offers from companies all around the globe.

TCS is the biggest recruiter for PCCOE where 4500 students had registered for off-campus Interview among these many students, 640 students were placed with great offers. Students from all over Maharashtra have rolled their name at the time of registration for the company. PCCOE provides great opportunities to the students by bringing such huge companies to the college.

 

Another major recruiter is cognizant where 392 students all over Maharashtra were selected during off campus at PCCOE. At the time of registration for the interviews, almost 2000 students registered their names for the company.

 

Another record for taking most of the students with them is held by L&T InfoTech. L&T has selected 220 students so far from off campus interview where students from all over Maharashtra appeared for the interview. The registration count for L&T InfoTech is 2500.

 

Accenture has provided 219 students with the job offers so far. The registration for the off campus interview count is 2200. Students from all over Maharashtra are allowed to sit for the off campus interviews conducted in PCCOE campus.

 

The massive tech giant IBM also stands in the list for its great relation with PCCOE and providing the students with best career opportunities. The off campus interview registrations count is 3500 where any student across India was allowed for the interview in PCCOE. The number of students selected by IBM is 130.
