Pakistan coal can solve electricity crises and Government,s work
Pakistan has about 850 billion cubic feet resources of coal at the moment but unfortunately the country has been facing an shortage of electricity which is badly affecting the national economy.if we comparison between oil and coal then we find that the available resources of the coal are equal to 400 billion barrels of oil and the government has spending $4 billion annually to fulfill the demand of oil but such a costly then coal and demand can be easily fulfilled by utilizing only two percent of available resources of coal in the country.
The coal could produce 20,000 megawatts electricity for 40 long year but the government had only been depending on hydro power to generate the electricity. Such an approach had demanded construction of new dams and water reservoirs that is not possible. The president of said mission pressurize to government to use the coal resources to generate electricity to meet the rising demand of power and provide to relief to the industry to improve the economy of our country.
The power generating projects will save huge foreign currency which is spent on import of oil. The second largest oil producing country Iran too is producing electricity by coal. But government of Pakistan is not interested in any projects of generating of electricity by coal which is need of Pakistan,s people who desired.
i think Pakistan,s Government is trying to make money more and more for their foreign accounts. Please inform to government to solve that problems and make Pakistan strong.

I agree with you when you say, "We can get rid of this energy crises by using just 2% of our coal reserve and Dr. Samar Mubarik Mand who is great scientist of Pakistan is working on Thar coal field regarding generating Electricity for country. Work is slow due to non availability of funds but I am hopeful about the project and wish they can work little more faster.
