With respect to the situation of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we are closely tracking updates from the World Health Organization and Government agencies. We also advise you to practice hygiene by using hand sanitizer, washing the hands with soap and water and using masks when necessary.

In view of the current situation, we have been following additional precautionary hygiene measures across our hotels based on Ministry of Health and Family Welfare advisory and guidelines for prevention and transmission:

•Providing training at all hotels to have our associates adhere to the protocol prescribed by the Government of India for personal hygiene and COVID 19.

•Our hotels located across different places in India are measuring body temperatures of all guests, associates, and vendors using non-invasive laser thermometers.

•Our designated staff carry out repeated surface cleaning and sanitization of all areas

• We have ensured that our guests and other team members have access to

alcohol-based hand sanitizers at different locations.

Flexible Cancellation Policies:

In view of the current situation, we understand the need for increased flexibility with your travel planning. To help our guests, Ginger is waiving individual cancellation fees for hotel stays through April 30, 2020. Guests must cancel the booking or contact us at least 24 hours before their stay dates for the waiver.

As for the guests who have booked through travel agents or other third parties are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their cancellation policies. Please note this policy does not apply to stays associated with a Group booking.
