by FREE PDF designer

Old School New BodyAs the clock ticks, especially when you clock 40 and above so as are health issues. In one way we do have to worse than our younger selves. Also, as we get older, our joints tend to get more sensitive. So we should try very hard to avoid injury. I started this training at 43 and have had good success doing it. I enjoy the endorphins from working out. The biggest deterioration, I’ve personally noticed in my body is in flexibility. The authors of Old School New Body are Steve and Becky. They’ve been married for over 28 years, are parents to now-adult children, and most importantly, they used to blame their age for how they looked and felt. Today, they are reshaping the health, fitness and weight loss industries for people over the age of 40. There ate a lot of products that claim tо slow or even reverse the aging process, but unfortunately not all of them work a sadvertised.

It helps you in fat burning and getting weight loss within only a few weeks, this workout program targets people over 35 and aged 40, 50, 60, 70. It includes several physical exercises that are scientifically proven and hence beneficial in getting a younger body. In the simplest of words, the ‘Old School, New Body’ workout can be described as a type of resistance workout with a low to moderate weight usage and a high fatigue setting. These are then combined with some simple, yet effective nutrition tips. The resistance training workouts are useful when it comes to building lean muscle, burning fat, and strengthening the joints. It also helps in increasing the production of human growth hormones in the body, while even slowing down the ageing process to help you reshape your body. Regularly performing these workouts have also been linked to healthier joints and muscles.

The Old School New Body program is based on the F4X Training System, and these two names are often used interchangeably. Because the F4X system uses moderate weights for less joint stress and high muscle fatigue for intensity, it’s a great system for people over 40 (and even over 60) to maintain strong muscles and joints. They include the Incline Press, Squat, Bent Over Row and Upright Row. You will do this workout for three days per week and the workouts are only around 30 minutes long, which means that you will only be working out for around 90 minutes per week.

All the workout programs in this book have being designed by considering various factors like, slower metabolic process, joint aches etc. Of course as we age it may take longer to get to your desired outcome. We can get stronger regardless of age. I feel more alive than I have been in years and it’s my job to make sure my body is treated and stewarded as a temple which I feel is what God desires that we all do. All in all, it is a simple yet effective and time-saving program for the older and the younger or anyone with limited time on hand and concerned about not just muscles but also joint integrity.
