This year, it’s time to upgrade your current system to Odoo ERP 15, the latest version of the software. Here’s the complete roadmap of this new and advanced Odoo version.

Owned and adopted by more than 7 million global users, Odoo ERP stands out to be the best ERP software solution for all business sizes and sectors. And one of the major reasons for its huge popularity apart from its open-source nature, flexibility, modularity, customisability, and scalability, is that the ERP gets updated every year and comes up with new and more user-friendly features and applications for better and enhanced business management. The interface of the ERP gets more user-friendly and intuitive with every new update.

However, the most noteworthy thing about the ERP is that it understands every unique business need that allows users to customise the ERP as per their requirements and business processes. Also, the new and improved features that come every year with the updated versions of the software, boost the user experience and the reliability over the ERP solution.

And now, it’s time to leverage and integrate a new version of the ERP again, Odoo 15. Unlike the previous version, this one has come up with some major advancements and improvements that are shared here in this article.

Let’s take a look at these improvements and advancements of version 15 here.

A new import screen in Odoo 15:

The first most notable feature and improvement in Odoo 15 is the new import screen that ensures to extend the user experience with Odoo. The new import screen comes with a menu for handling cash rounding and generating the invoices in the accounting section easily. Here in this import screen, users can find a separate cash-rounding segment.

Improvements in the Pivot and Graph view:

The next major improvement in Odoo 15 is the improved Pivot and graph view. With this new pivot and graph view, users can easily edit and adjust the graph view using the Odoo Studio in version 15. Editing and adjusting the graph view can help in extending the data representation and provide valuable insights into the data.

New HTML editor in version 15:

Odoo 15 has a new HTML editor now. This editor allows developers to use HTML codes and enhance productivity. Overall, this new HTML editor is much more attractive than the previous one.

Coupons and Promotion program in the POS:

In the previous versions, the coupons and promotion program was for Sales and e-Commerce websites only but the new coupons and promotion program in Odoo 15 can be used for sales, e-Commerce, and for the Point of Sale or POS as well. Users can find the coupons and promotion program in the POS module of version 15 and can enable the program under the product menu in the POS even for later use. From the POS orders, users can even click on the ‘enter code’ button and then apply the coupon for a POS order that will be also reflected in the customer invoice.

Project Burndown Chart:

This advanced feature is there in the reporting menu of Odoo 15. The Project Burntdown chart helps managers or users to understand the pending works and percentage-wise completion of the work progress of a project. This chart helps to streamline the work process and ensure all work-related data are on the same page.

Apart from these major improvements, the other modules and applications are also upgraded for better business management. Hence, considering all these progressive, trending and uplifting features of Odoo 15, it has proved to be the best version of the ERP till now.
