be given the first preference above others to obtain the NOI (Notification of

application into the express entry portal. Along with the application, the
applicant will have to submit documents supporting the information in the
application. This includes birth certificate or a document proving the
applicant’s date of birth, education and experience certificates, test result
undertaken to prove one’s language ability and certificates proving one’s
physical and mental health. Along with this, the applicant will have to prove
one’s ability to economically support self and their dependents when in Canada.
