Manali Hill Station: Manali which lies in the lap of the Kullu valley is one of the most visited tourist destination. It is situated at an altitude of 2050 meters above sea level and is spread along the banks of the river Beas.

It is known as "Little Lhasa" or "Dhasa" (a short form of Dharamshala used mainly by Tibetans) because of its large population of Tibetans. McLeod Ganj is located on the Dhauladhar Range, whose highest peak, "Hanuman Ka Tibba", is just behind it.

 

 

Shimla Hill Station: Shimla is the capital city of the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh, which is located in northern India. Shimla is bound by Mandi and Kullu in the north, Kinnaur in the east, the state of Uttarakhand in the south-east, and Solan and Sirmaur to the south. Shimla is known as a hub for India's tourism sector. It is among the top 10 preferred tourist destination in India.

 

 

Shimla is home to a number of tourist palaces and temples, which rejuvenate to tourists. The buildings of the city are built in the style of Neo-Gothic and Tudorbethan architectures dating from the colonial era.

 

 

Owing to its large landscape, Shimla hosts the mountain biking race MTB Himalaya, which started in 2005 and is regarded as the biggest event of its kind in South Asia.

 

 

Shimla holds a colonial aura, with its grand old buildings, among them the stately vice regal Lodge, charming iron lampposts and Anglo-Saxon names. The Mall, packed with shops and restaurants, is the center of attraction, and Scandal Point, related with the former Maharaja of Patiala’s escapades, offers an incredible view of distant snow-clad peaks.

 

 

Dharamshala Hill Station: Dharamshala is a city in northern India. Mcleod Ganj, a village within Dharamshala municipality, is the home of the Dalai Lama and the exiled Tibetan government.

 

 

This is a beautiful scenic hill station, which is located at a very convenient distance from the Kangra valley and the incredible McLeodganj. Dharamshala is divided into two parts as Upper Dharamshala and Lower Dharamshala; here tourists can see hills, monasteries, bungalows, churches, monasteries and cantonment. This is surrounded by the mighty Dhauladhar Mountains. Dharamshala has a unique distinction of being the chosen home of the spiritual and temporal head of the tourists.
