This is my second book, following up on "The Adventure Consultant". The book was written with the aim in mind to provide others with succinct no-nonsense information to help them prepare and learn about real estate techniques for creating wealth. There's also particular excitement about this launch because of the straight forward and practical education it provides on how to build a real estate business.

The Brass Tacks Guide to Real Estate Entrepreneurship sets its main focus on Real Estate Entrepreneurship and creating Financial Freedom. Readers will likely find a particular interest in this book and not false hope or unrealistic expectations, but simply how to get things done and succeed! So many real estate authors and gurus are more about getting you to buy fancy courses and mentorship programs, many of which I've been through myself. I have a background in Entrepreneurship and early stage high growth business consulting. I am also a real estate broker and highly active investor. I have spent thousands of hours learning about real estate and working in the field. This experience helped shape the unique perspective of the book. I wanted to help others learn how to succeed in real estate without the hype and false hope that litters most books in the space.

My hope is that the book will encourage people to start their own real estate businesses, whether as a one-off personal investment or a full time career.
