No Sponsoring Needed, Get Your Spillover….. And All That!

Network Marketing is the process whereby you are compensated not only for the sales you personally generate, but also for the sales of the other people that you recruit into your Team. It is also known as Multi Level Marketing. (And those who jump from one such company to another with rapidity are jokingly referred to as "Multi Level Monkeys").

Since this type of marketing is a numbers game, some network marketing websites often use the word "spillover" as a catch phrase. By this, they mean that "when you get in now you’ll do no work, because your sponsor or the Company will give you “spillovers” to build your Team." To entice you the more, they tell you, “We Do The Recruiting, We Make The Sales For You. All That You Do Is To Collect The Money..!! And they add further, "Our system also offers spill over and spill under benefits”

To be brutally honest with you, if your purpose in MLM is to make money, then re-examine any program like that!

To make Money, your MLM business must survive, that is to say, you must make a profit. The only way to make a profit is to have a steady stream of targeted leads. The truth is if you can generate strong, targeted MLM leads for you and your team, your chances at success are real. If not, you have no shot.

In all my years online, I have never, ever, ever seen anybody get a credible good number of spillovers from anyone, upline or downline, to be able to build a Team.

These Companies and their agents use this "spillover" idea as a tool to drag in people who think they can build a business without doing any work.

The truth is when you also buy into this "Spillover" business and begin promoting it, you are certainly targeting Quitters!

Such people expect YOU to do all the work for them! That's what they expect. And when you don't do that, they'll be off somewhere else, looking for a better welfare plan.

So, in reality, when you or your company promotes spillover business, the people you are targeting will not be with you long-term. And in network marketing, as you know, longevity is the name of the game.

So what’s the Conclusion?

Run away from any company that is focused on "Spillover, or No Sponsoring"
