New Year Resolutions
You may have made your new year resolutions before reading this
article. However, you will do well to ponder on this short piece before
firming up your new year resolutions so that you will not fail to
achieve them this year as you failed to achieve any of your 2011 new
year resolutions.
For effective monitoring of your new year resolutions, you should do a
post mortem of the previous year and seek answers to why you did not
accomplish what you set out to do in 2011. The reason for this soul
searching is simple; if you do not know why you failed, you will not
know how to succeed.
Therefore, list out all the new year resolutions you made in 2011 and give yourself a mark from one to ten according to the degree of its accomplishment. Any marks below six should be explained. This will show you how you fared and why you got the results shown on the paper.
After this exercise, set new goals for the new year and list out steps to the accomplishment of each one of them. Hold tenaciously to your goals in the short run. However, review your goals at least three times in the year to ensure that they are still relevant to your overall targets set for yourself.
Wishing you a happy new year.

Good Post Bronnamdi ! You can't fix something if you don't know what is broken..
It is like addict that must realize his or her addiction before they can stop the habit..
Id say what stopped my 2011 goals were settling for fast food when i could have used that
same money to make a healthy meal at home. And not making a regular routine into
exercising. So far so good every day been on the move and eating good.
