new Blade and Soul weapon upgrade paths

We’re making a few changes to weapon upgrade paths and gem hammers, as well as an early heads up on an upcoming in-game event that will reduce weapon upgrade costs. Heh...the insane requirements to upgrade the weapon to keep up with the content is one of the few reasons I quit the game.  agree im thinking of quitting game too upgrading equips is annoying. It really wasn't that hard to get though. Specially when you want to create a new character of another class.

keep up with the content? Blade and Soul Gold    just join a clan that would help you. I joined one and they carry me with 400ap for all dungeons except asura. currently at 452AP quite satisfied. Reasons for insane wep upgrade req is so that players won't be able to get to late-game fast. AKA legendaries. What's the point if the game allows most players to easily achieve those gears? you think about it. NCSOFT also change the MWTs recipe to craft..its now 50 instead of 100. 

No, it wasn't. As long as you're willing to grind for it. I guess I just had a different priorities than what the game expected of me. I had my share of grind with FFXI, WoW and FFXIV zodiac weapon quest chain. The difference was, those titles kept grinding to optional.  Blade and Soul Buy Gold BnS made it mandatory else they wouldn't need this content update to make upgrading cheaper. I rest my case. Yeah I was spending a lot of money monthly for that game until I got to the level cap and the upgrading became ridiculous. I won't be handing my money over anymore

Yeah it got pretty insane, and there's no real reason to grind that high anyways. Since no one pvp's until they have that level of gear anyways I don't see the point.   I don't know how much research they did with the western market else they'd have known how much we hated grinding in a game. Grinding is fine as long as it's optional. I guess that's what we love in our games, options. Not a walled content masqueraded as an upgrade system. Especially when it gets to the point where the upgrade demanded you to play more than 8 hours a day.

I cant keep my eq with patch, as a bm its stupid to farm in soulstone plains, rip moonstones currency.
