1. Clean the printhead

Load a plain paper sheet in your printer paper tray. Press and hold the – button to select Control Panel. Now push the right arrow button which is available on the left side and then selects Tools.

Press the OK tab and then press the right arrow button to select the option Clean Print Head. Wait for fewer seconds until your printer cleans the Print Head.

2. Replace the ink cartridge

First of all, turn on your printer and then wait until the cartridge slider adjusts the position. Now open the cartridge door and then put a light pressure on the cartridge. Pull out the cartridge and then take out the new cartridge from the box.

After that, place the black cartridge on black slot and color cartridge in the other slot. You can also fill any low level or empty ink cartridge.
