A very famous yoghurt dish that

Rajasthani Kadi
All of us have had kadi many a times and

Gujia
Gujia is a sweet dumpling made with suji
or maida flour, wheat flour and stuffed with khoya. Commonly known as a sweet savored
during festivals.
Ghevar
This is a Rajasthani sweet traditionally
associated with the Teej Festival. It is disc-shaped sweet made with
all-purpose flour and soaked in sugar syrup. There are many varieties of
Ghevar, including plain, mawa and malai ghevar.
