More than 30,000 fake products exports were seized

Recently, the right holder confirmed that Shenzhen Customs was affiliated with the three batches of export goods seized by Shekou Customs in the western port area. According to preliminary statistics, a total of 27 trademarks including "Replica GUCCI" and 33,203 goods were involved, with a case value of approximately RMB 736,600.

At the beginning of August, when the export goods were inspected, Shekou Customs seized 14,760 pairs of underwear with the trademark "Calvin Klein" and 8976 pieces of jeans with 13 trademarks including "BURBERRY", "GUCCI" and "CLARKS". There are 13 brands of shoes 9647 with "CHANEL", "HERMES and graphics". The rights holders confirmed that the above goods were allegedly infringing, and the three cases are currently under investigation.


It is reported that since this year, Shenzhen Customs has carried out the "Longteng Action 2019" intellectual property protection special action, strengthened risk research and judgment, strengthened precision strikes, increased protection, effectively intercepted infringements, safeguarded the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises, and optimized the business environment at the port.
