UPTET 2015 is going to be conducted in November 2015 for those candidates who wish to get recruited as the teacher in government schools in Uttar Pradesh. This is a state level examination. If the candidate will qualify this examination then he or she will get a job as a teacher only in UP state. UPTET 2015 is conducted for two levels namely for the primary teacher (class 1 to 5th) and for the upper primary teacher (class 6th to 8th). UPTET 2015 – Eligibility Criteria

It is obligatory that the interested candidate must be eligible for UPTET 2015. These eligibility norms are set by the exam conducting body i.e. UP basic education board. Therefore, Read these eligibility norms and check your eligibility for UPTET Exam.
  • There is no age restriction for this examination. Aspirant of any age is eligible.
  • For primary teacher:
Candidate must have passed his qualification degree with minimum 50% marks along with 2 years diploma in B.Ed/ 4 years diploma in elementary education/ BTC training.
  • For upper primary teacher:
Graduation degree with minimum 50% marks along with 2 years NTT training/ 1 year B.El.Ed

UPTET 2015 – Application Form

After satisfying all the eligibility norms, the candidate can fill the application form in online mode. Application form for UPTET Exam 2015 will be released soon. It must be filled and submitted before the deadline as after the last date, links will be deactivated.
  • Application form filling and online registration is supposed to begin in the month of September 2015.
  • Registration fee is Rs 400 (general & OBC) and 200 (SC/ ST).
  • Make the payment online in the designated bank.
  • Submit the application form on time.

UPTET Exam – Admit Card

Admit card will be released minimum 15 days before the main examination only for those candidates who are successfully registered them. Admit card will be released online and there are no other means to get this document.
  • It is obligatory to bring this document in the examination hall.
  • No admit card means no entry.
  • It provides your identity and hence must be correct and free from any kind of discrepancy.

UPTET 2015 – Exam pattern

Before sitting in the actual examination, it is important to know the exact exam pattern. It is not only obligatory but also beneficial to understand the basic format and marking scheme which is to be followed in the examination.
  • Paper for primary teacher consists of 5 sections and for upper primary teacher consists of 4 sections.
  • The exam paper will be of total 150 marks.
  • 1 mark will be awarded for each accurate answer.
  • No marks will be deducted for wrong answers.
  • It is objective type examination.
  • Only 90 minutes (1 and half hour) will be given to solve the examination of UPTET Exam 2015.

UPTET 2015 – Result


The result for UPTET 2015 Exam will be declared soon after the completion of this examination. Qualified candidates will be then called for the personal interview round. Selection will be done after the second phase.
