Mississauga physiotherapy clinic, Grey Method, plans to steadily resume patient treatments

With over two-thirds of Ontario residents receiving the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccination, the Ontario government plans to ease lockdown orders in a graded fashion over the next two months.

Mississauga physiotherapy clinic, Grey Method, asserts plans to steadily resume patient treatments as more Ontarians receive their vaccines.

In a joint statement from Grey Method owners, the clinic plans to increase patient treatment following all standard safety protocols.

"As the lockdown comes to a close, we are honored to be able to resume treatment for our patients at Grey Method. While the pandemic has certainly been hard on us all, we have seen an increase in volume of acute pains related to lower back, neck and shoulder with respect to our patients. We aim to continue to provide the highest level of hands on treatment to our patients and continue to do our part in the community. We plan to ensure continuous compliance with all health regulations issued by the Ontario government and College of Massage & Physiotherapy. Grey Method is committed to ensuring a safe experience for all."

The Ontario Government has outlined a three-phase plan titled "Roadmap to Reopen." As lockdown orders are lifted, each phase will last 21 days before transitioning to the next, starting with outdoor retail and activities in phase one to indoor activities reminiscent of pre-COVID in phase three.

While it may be appealing to resume our pre-COVID lifestyle, Grey Method urges current and prospective patients to follow all safety protocols and continue to do their due diligence to keep everyone safe and prevent infections from reemerging.

For those new to Grey Method, the physiotherapy clinic accepts most insurance policies and has the ability to directly bill their patients' insurance company.
