Microsoft Brings Do Not Disturb Feature in Office Insider for iOSby Joya Smith Kindle support
A new build has been released for Microsoft office related to the office insider. The latest update arrives in the program of insider preview. The new version is 2.32 and has a build number 191125. As far as the changes are concerned, it is equipped with support featuring no disturbance in outlook.
The New Features
You can tune out of the program whenever you feel like, the do not disturb feature allows the users to focus on the work without getting distracted by the notifications. No personal event pop-ups or advertisements occur. The snooze feature allows the work-related notifications to be halted and set on a schedule. Users can also decide not to be disturbed with the mail related notifications. They can be in the meetings and give their full focus on the work.
Feature in Outlook
Restricting the sensitive information in the notifications is possible, and this info can be kept away from the casual observers. One can modify the org data notifications for restricting the confidential info. When you have enabled the settings, the details related to the address of the sender can be successfully hidden.
Feature in Excel
While on the move, you can reply and read the comments using the outlook notifications. Viewing the comment is easy as the context appears; responding to the comments can be done in a direct manner from the email notification body.
Feature in Word
If you have problems determining if the notification is a thank you or FYI or a formal question, then there is good news as you can be on top of the notifications related to Microsoft word. You can easily see the context the content appears in and respond right there and then. It is way more manageable with the do not disturb featured enabled in Microsoft office.
