1/4 cup coconut oil
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs

1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a pan well with parchment paper. Cream together the coconut oil and sugar with the help of a mixer. Add almond milk and eggs and beat well until combined. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, matcha powder, and salt.
Next, add this mixture to egg mixture and blend until smooth. Pour this batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for almost 50 minutes. Your pound cake is ready to be served!
Chocolate Matcha Energy Meal
Ingredients:
½ cup soft, pitted dates
1/2 cup raw almonds
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp matcha green tea powder + more for dusting
1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
Instructions:
Mix almond and dates in a food processor until they come together into a sticky ball. Add cocoa powder, matcha powder and almond milk to the sticky mixture. Process again until all ingredients have been combined and form into a large sticky ball again. Prepare small balls from this mixture, dust with matcha powder and get instant energy for the day!
