A Fully Automatic Diesel Generator

1. automatic start and automatic switch power supply: when the mains interruption, the mains switching circuit immediately cut off the mains power supply circuit, at the same time, the mains monitoring circuit through the self-start controller to start the motor operation, so as to start the diesel generator set. After starting successfully, the diesel engine works at rated speed under the control of the control module. At this point, under the action of the automatic voltage regulator, the generator outputs the rated voltage. The generator switch circuit is then switched on and the diesel generator starts to supply power to the load.

2. Automatic shutdown after the restoration of the mains: after the restoration of the mains, the diesel engine power supply circuit will be cut off under the action of the mains monitoring circuit, and then the mains switching circuit will be put into operation, and the load will be powered by the mains. At the same time, the self-starting controller makes the shutdown electromagnet action, control the diesel engine throttle, diesel generator first low speed operation, and then automatic shutdown.

3. In case of emergency during the operation of diesel generator, such as oil pressure of lubricating oil is lower than the specified value and unit speed exceeds the rated speed, the control module will automatically stop and alarm the diesel generator and stop running.
