Manaksia Industries: Its Flagship Product Owes Rigorous Research
The flagship product of Manaksia Industries is none other than the ROPP closures; however, it would never have become the symbol of the brand Manaksia had it not been for the intensive research taken by the R&D department.
Today, ROPP closures symbolize the brand Manaksia. They are seen as Manaksia’s acts of perfection all over the world. However, this certainly would have remained a distant dream if there was no research conducted before the creation of these products.
The R&D department of Manaksia had done a great deal in terms of undertaking an intensive, lengthy and exhaustive research to find out all the possible avenues that can be exploited for making closures that are simply ‘to die for’.
The first question in the minds of the scientists was about the application of these products. They brainstormed and researched a lot in addition to penning down a ton of statistics! The final result was the selection of three major areas:
• Plastic
• Glass
• Metal
The next question was about the choice of the raw material and after a lengthy session of selections and rejections of a large number of products, one particular material was decided as the one to be used for creating ROPP closures.
Next in line, came the variations! Manaksia’s scientists also varied the production of ROPP closures by formulating a large number of sub-categories. Some of the notable examples are given below.
• Plain Printed Caps
• Top Embossed Caps
• Knurl Embossed Chamfered Caps
• Side Embossed Chamfered Caps
• Deep Drawn Caps
• Extra Deep Drawn Side Caps
Finally, the usage of the production equipment was an important decision that the scientists took; one that the senior management carried forward to new heights!
The end result, if one is to reiterate once again, is that Manaksia today can proudly claim about the absolute perfection of its flagship group of products: ROPP closures.
