The modern football demands results and quick impact. Managers need to keep up with the modern style of play or else that have to face the sack. In this season there have already been numerous managerial changes and a lot are speculated in the remaining season.

The first causality was Brendan Rogers of Liverpool. He should have been removed before the start of season but board cabs to know if it a bit late and they reacted still quickly. He was replaced by Klopp who immediately had an impact and won some huge games yet his impact is starting to fade now.

The second big causality and the recent one is of Jose Mourinho who was sacked by Chelsea owner Roman Abrahamovic after the worst possible start to the campaign by defending champions Chelsea. The performances were dismal, the players had their belief. The big starts were failing to make an impact and most importantly Jose lost control of the dressing room. He himself said that he fell like his with has been betrayed. It was a clear indication that the bond between the manager and players was no more there. And the geek that held then together has broken down resulting in a disastrous form on field.

Carlo Ancelloti has already been signed by Bayern Munich and he will start his managerial career at Allianz Arena at the end of this season. Josep Guardiola's future is yet unknown as he still has time to ponder upon job availed at both the Manchester clubs. The options are available but it's just upto him how well he handles the situation and comes up with the best solution that will take his managerial career to a whole new level.

Van Gaal is living on the edge with extremely poor performances and defeats to lower placed teams. There has been huge speculation of him being sacked sooner. Fans have been speculating about his career and there was one day when strange rumors from English media were already spread regarding sacking of Van Gaal who the very next day can't bursting on media and stormed out of the press conference. However his useless possession tactic has also been hugely criticised. As United are being accused of playing extremely boring football that is unbearable for any type of fan.

Pallegreni also has some thinking to do as City's long time target Guardiola will be free by the end of season and with no major trophy besides one Premier League and disappointing excited from Champions League it might just fall on Pellegreni too quick.

Rafa's future is under huge scrutiny as Madrid are nowhere near their expected level. With extremely poor performances against big club; Rafa can be next in line. The inconsistency Madrid has shown this season is beyond belief. They score 8-10 goals against small teams and lose the very next game as well. The biggest concern for the fans is the non existence of midfield which is evident during the matches played by Madrid.

Let's hope whatever happens: happens best for football
