something like this – take the potatoes in a bowl and add salt too it along
with crushed black peppercorns, red chilli flakes, green capsicum and cheese
spread. Mix it well for a good amount of time. Then butter one slice of white
bread and two slices of brown bread for each sandwich. Spread the potato
mixture evenly on one slice of brown bread. Some onion rings are placed on the
mix, a little salt and a little crushed black peppercorns are then added to
cover the slice of white bread. Then add a few cucumber and tomato slices,
although this is totally up to you. A few gherkin slices can be also be used to
cover the second slice of brown bread. The whole thing is then pressed lightly
