Local Jiu-Jitsu Studio Helps Community Learn Martial Arts Online for Free

by DAVIS BROWN PRC Agency

Are you looking for a resource to learn martial arts online with free virtual classes? Then you're gonna love this article!

I'm Ryan Rich, Owner of Granite Bay Jiu-Jisu, an accredited Charles Gracie academy. I just relaunched our online program today to provide free virtual classes for families. During this difficult time, most academies have closed or limited access for in person classes. We know the kids are probably jumping off the walls and I can’t wait to help provide a safe and effective at home resource for you.

Our in-person program helps kids get active, build confidence, and learn respect while acquiring a new self defense skill set. Taking a similar approach, our online program is a great introduction to Jiu-Jitsu, and will hopefully be a reliable activity resource for your family while you’re cooped up during the next few months.

I setup this online program to cater to both children and adults. In our online program, you can practice REAL martial arts techniques from the comfort of your own home and it provides access to an exciting workout system that you can actually look forward to each day.

While you won’t become a Black Belt watching these videos, the hope with our online program is to get you active and expose you to the Jiu-Jitsu martial art. We also have in-person training and offer a free 7-day pass to members interested in working with experienced instructors in a safe, family centered environment.

The Charles Gracie program is based on a Brazilian professional mixed martial artist and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner. Charles is the son of Jiu-Jitsu Grandmaster Robson Gracie and the brother of Renzo Gracie, Ryan Gracie and Ralph Gracie. Charles Gracie began his training in Jiu-Jitsu at age 5 which is why we offer our program for kids 4 years of age and up.

The Charles Gracie Jiu-Jitsu system focuses on one-on-one ground fighting with the objective of achieving a superior position for joint locks, chokes and strikes. Jiu-Jitsu is one of the oldest forms of martial arts with a deep history dating back to India more than 2,000 years before Christ. The art is originally thought to have been developed by Buddhist Monks who were concerned with self-defense. They created techniques based upon principles of balance and leverage, resulting in the creation of the tactics of manipulating the body in a manner where one could avoid relying upon strength or weapons.

Getting started is simple. You can get access to learn martial arts online for free by clicking the link below. Simply complete the form and you’ll be immediately granted access to over 250+ online instructional videos. We are constantly adding new content. Be sure to join our Facebook group to learn more!

Look forward to working with you! For more info, visit https://gbjj.org/
