L-Glutamine Side Effects

L-Glutamine, CAS number 56-85-9, is a glutamic acid derivative used as a safe nutritional supplements in many food products. L-Glutamine manufactured through chemical synthesis from glutamate and ammonia, available as Crystalline Powder.

General Side Effects

L-glutamine intake should be limited to no more than 40mg a day. It may be involved in liver damage and sensitivity to MSG.

Suggested Dosage

As L-Glutamine is widely known as safe, there is no limit on dosage of intake. However, we still recommend consumers to consult professionals before using large quantity of L-Glutamine for long period.
