In today’s scenario, knowledge of strategies, methodologies and techniques used for enhancement of processes are crucial for candidates to work proficiently in numerous industrial sectors. In order to enhance the quality of results of the process by determining and eliminating the causes of errors, Six Sigma Certification and training make candidates competent to form and facilitate project teams and leading Six Sigma projects from beginning to completion. Besides using quality management methods, the Six Sigma creates extraordinary infrastructure of people within the organizations including Champions, Black Belts, Green Belts, and Yellow Belts etc.

Six Sigma Training Program
The Six Sigma was introduced by Carl Frederick Gauss as a conceptual normal curve metric. Later, Six Sigma was enhanced by Walter Shewhart who showed three sigma deviations from the mean required a process correction. However, in 1980, a Motorola engineer gave a more refined form by coining the term Six Sigma for this quality management process. The quality management process was run and later copyrighted by Motorola.

Six Sigma methodologies are different from other past quality programs in numerous ways and hence are widely accepted. It is different in terms of:

• Business measurements
• Role of finance
• Monitoring projects to closure
• Sustaining the profits
• Outputs in demonstrable success
• Focused and implemented by executives

Generally, the Six Sigma comprises of two methodologies namely DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) and DMADV (Define, Measure, Analyze, Design, Verify).

The 12 steps included in DMAIC approach are:

• Choose result characteristics
• Introduce performance standards
• Assess measurement system
• Set up baseline process competencies
• Introduce performance objectives
• Determine variation sources
• Screen potential causes
• Identify variable relationships
• Setup operating tolerances- Implement enhancements
• Assess measurement system
• Identify final process competencies
• Run process controls

DMADV, referred as DFSS ("Design For Six Sigma"), includes five phases:

• Define design goals as per customer requirements and the enterprise plans.
• Evaluate and find out signs which are Critical To Quality (CTQs), product characteristics, production process competency, and threats involved.
• Evaluate, create and design best suited options based on the circumstances and analysis
• Authenticate the design
• Deploy pilot process and production process
• Find out workable solution and give it to the process owner(s).

To understand different approaches of Six Sigma, Six Sigma certification course Noida is required by candidates.

Course content of Six Sigma training in Noida is-

• Lean Six Sigma Introduction
• Fundamental of Lean
• Define Overview
• Project Charter
• Project Management
• Process Definition
• Stakeholder Management
• Voice of Customer
• Measure Overview
• Identify Measures
