Likes:

The 2012 Land Rover Range Rover boasts iconic British heritage; go-everywhere off-road ability; prevailing performance from its supercharged model; top-notch interior and contented ride.

Dislikes:

When it comes to reliability the 2012 Land Rover Range Rover doesn’t have the best reputation out there; also the price is a bit high and the cargo capacity in comparison to its rivals is a bit congested.

Decree:

The 2012 Land Rover Range Rover keeps the custom of having an inner wealth and incredible off-roading ability. But despite its significant inheritance the dubious reliability of the huge SUV makes the buyers think twice before considering it as their next SUV.

Prelude:

There are not many vehicles in the market that have as many absurd elements as the new 2012 Land Rover Range Rover. The leather-and-wood-festooned cabin, splendid presence and calm and smooth ride certainly makes it look like a one of the literati touring car. But still the off-road-centered tough architecture and hardware makes it tackle any sort of bad weather and terrain as nicely as many of its ancestors having all the incredible luxury and style of an armed vehicle.

Though the cabin of Land Rover has been loaded with all sorts of luxury equipments, but the hood of the vehicle conceals a heft and powerful V8. Shall you need more than 375 bhp of its base engine; there is the supercharged version of the engine which generates 510 bhp of maximum power, which is capable of making the 3-ton vehicle feel light on its wheels. Moreover, you need to make sure that you have adequate money to meet the fuel requirement of the engine, because the fuel efficiency here certainly is not the highlight of the Range Rover.

There aren’t many luxury SUVs, which could cross the Sahara desert and the Australian outback. But among the very few SUVs that have the potential of doing it the 2012 Land Rover Range Rover probably is one of the best, although customers might want to take the patchy reliability record of the Range Rover into consideration. Sadly, the ratings for Rover Range in reliability surveys have always been low. Per se, we recommend having a look at some of its strong rivals including the likes of Lexus LX 570, Cadillac Escalade or Mercedes-Benz G-Class. All of the aforementioned models are pretty decent choice for the people who are thinking of reducing annoyances of ownership. But if you want status, heritage and heroic character, then the 2012 Range Rover is the best you can get.
