A Lab technician is an integral part of the healthcare industry, research industry and educational institutions among others across the globe. -    Inspection of the lab and of the hazardous material falls under the purview of a lab technician and they are trained to keep a check on them on a regular basis to avoid any accidents or harm

-    The work practice of a lab technician also requires them to deal with stress and fatigue that is the part and parcel of the long working hours and shifts that they could be subjected to while working

-    Lab technicians are also trained to comprehensively understand the chemical compositions of the material used for carrying forward tests and experiments so that they would know how and when to use them and in what quantity

-    An important part of their training also include reading material safety data sheets to check for the precautionary methods required while handling any chemical
