Kristin Nichole Carter Weds Benjamin Moore
Kristin Nichole Carter, of Greeneville, and Benjamin Patrick Moore, of Madisonville, Ky., were married at 3 p.m. Oct. 10, 2015, at the Cool Springs House in Brentwood.
Steve Oros, the groom's brother-in-law, of St. Louis, Mo., officiated.
The bride's parents are Aaron and Tammy Carter, of Greeneville. The bride is the granddaughter of Edmond and Joyce Carter of the Mount Carmel community and the late Harvey and Marcella Foulks, of Greeneville.
The groom is the son of William and Karen Moore, of Madisonville.

Seasonal floral arrangements with gold accents and ivory tea-light candles decorated the 1800s Victorian-era log farm house that is preserved by the Brentwood Historic Commission.
The bride wore a full-length, Bohemian-styled ivory backless wedding dresses that featured a pleated sweetheart bodice and multiple-layered skirt.
She carried a bouquet constructed by the bridesmaids of bridal blush ranunculuses, ivory roses and cranberry pink hypericum berries.
The bride had created an ivory rose comb to wear in her hair.
The maid of honor was Jennifer Kathreen Stuart, of Huntsville, Ala.
Bridesmaids were Brittney Neely, of Nashville, Jenna Caroline Mathis, of Murfreesboro, Kristie Lynn Goad, of Greeneville, and Amelia Grace Hreha, of Huntsville.
The attendants wore full-length chiffon Grey Bridesmaid Dresses in shades of rose -- begonia, blush, raspberry -- and floral crowns and hair combs made with pink tea roses, cream garden roses, wildflowers and green ivy. The bride created the arrangements for her attendants' hair.
The best man was Jay Gregory Stoyanov, of Nashville.
Groomsmen were Bryan William Moore and Bjay Moore, the groom's brothers, Justin Kyle Webb and William Thomas Pettus, all of Nashville.
The bride's mother wore a camel-colored lace cocktail dress, and the groom's mother wore a champagne-colored lace cocktail dress.
They wore corsages of "Super Nova" spray roses.
Music for the ceremony was provided by deejay Aaron Heffron, of Murfreesboro.
The wedding director was Andrea Pinkard, of New York, N.Y.
The reception was held at the Cool Springs House.
The bridal cake had three tiers of lavender-scented white cake with peach and raspberry fillings.
The groom's cakes were a one-tier caramel apple cake and a two-tier chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling and gold dusted chocolate sheets.
The cakes were decorated with roses and heart-shaped, sparkling gold cake toppers.
The reception director was Allison Leigh Guidry, of Franklin.
Following a wedding trip to Asheville, N.C., Mr. and Mrs. Moore are living in Nashville.
The bride is a certified nursing assistant, employed in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt University.
The groom is employed as an audiovisual technician at M3 Technology Group in Nashville.
Both the bride and groom are graduates of Middle Tennessee State University.
Out-of-town guests attended from St. Louis, Mo., Emmaus, Pa., and Madisonville, Ky.
Prenuptial parties included the Oct. 9 rehearsal dinner given by the groom's parents at Mere Bulles in Brentwood.
