Pulling plastic-sheathed cable through holes in the framing is a lot easier if you straighten the cable out first. If you simply pull the cable from the center of the coil, it'll kink as you pull it through the studs. The trick is to lift a handful of coils (four loops will reach about 12 ft.) from the center of the roll (left) and toss them across the floor as if you're throwing a coiled rope. Next, walk along the length of the wire .

Wire's as called plastic-sheathed cable come in wide range of size which varies from 0.50 MM to 10.00 MM . It is according to the requirement and where the connection is to be done . As ,size means the thinkness of the cable's .

The household wiring have different elements i.e. lighting and power distibution ,telephone wire,home-theater wire .As you can see for every time use of any appliance's it require the wire or v can say cable connection .

Domestic wires comprise of two things, Conductor and Insulation. The conductor of the wire made of pure electrolytic grade annealed bare copper, which has high conductivity. The insulating material is of high quality PVC in twin layers having high thermal stability and tensile strength. These wires are well tested for quality before it leaves the manufacturing unit.

Domestic wires comprise of two things viz conductor and insulator.

Conductor [kuh n-duhk-ter]  is pre-defined as  substance, body, or device that readily conducts heat, electricity, sound, etc.

Example :
Copper is a good conductor of electricity.

Insulator [in-suh-ley-ter, ins-yuh-] definable as material of such low conductivity that the flow of current through it is negligible.
Insulating material, often glass or porcelain, in a unit form designed so as to support a charged conductor and electrically isolate it.
