Kannika Sagar becomes HCL Infosystem’s Chief People Officer

HCL Infosystems has appointed Kannika Sagar as its Chief People Officer. She joins HCL from AON Hewitt. At HCL Infosystems, Kannika would lead the People Strategy and its execution as the company builds further momentum on its Transformation pillars. A global career spanning over two decades across Technology, FMCG and Consulting, she brings with her a multi-dimensional people perspective.

Prior to AON Hewitt, she was associated with Cadbury India as a Manager Human Resource for almost two years. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Delhi University and also did her PG Diploma in Human Resources from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
