The University was founded in the year 1998 by a bank and finance person CA Kamal Mehta. It is the first private university of Western Rajasthan. The University emerged with a thought to promote social values along with the existing education pattern. It brought drastic changes in the education system. The teaching were original but innovative. Mr. Mehta, the founder believed that study of Academics should be combined with professional and technical training to fulfil the needs of changing world. Multiskills are required for the welfare and upliftment of the society and mankind, this he firmly believed.

The University worked on the ideology “discover the diamond within”. It strongly commended a wide curriculum including subjects related to Management, Technology, Applied Science, Arts, Dental Law, Computer Application, Pharmacy, Law and Education. A number of certification and diploma has also got place in the curriculum.

The faculty at the University is extra-ordinary. They are determined to fetch quality and utility education. Theoretical teaching is combined with practical training.
