JEE Main Eligibility Criteria 2018 Details

The base educational ability for appearing in JEE (Main) is that the candidate probably go in indisputable examination of 10+2 (Class XII) or its equivalent implied as the qualifying examination. Date of Birth: Age Eligibility

Simply those candidates whose date of birth falls on or after first October, 1990 are qualified. Candidates who passed Class twelfth/Qualifying examination in 2011 or earlier and furthermore the people who will appear in such examination in 2015 or later are not fit the bill to appear in JEE.

Number of Attempts in JEE Main

The quantity of endeavors which a competitor can benefit at JEE (Main) is restricted to 3 (three).

List of Qualifying Examinations

1. The last examination of the 10+2 system, coordinated by any apparent central/state Board, for example, Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi; Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi; et cetera.

2. Widely appealing or two-year Pre-University examination coordinated by an apparent Board/University.

3. Last examination of the two-year course of the Joint Services Wing of the National Defense Academy.

4. Senior Secondary School Examination drove by the National Institute of Open Schooling with no less than five subjects.

5. Any Public School/Board/University examination in India or in any remote country saw as practically identical to the 10+2 system by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

6. H.S.C. proficient examination. [Only for Admission to IITs]

7. A Diploma saw by AICTE or a state driving gathering of specific guideline of no under 3 year length. [Only for Admission to IITs]

8. General Certificate Education (GCE) examination (London/Cambridge/Sri Lanka) at the Advanced (A) level. [Only for Admission to IITs]

9. Optional School Certificate Examination of the Cambridge University or International Baccalaureate Diploma of the International Baccalaureate Office, Geneva. [Only for Admission to IITs]
