JEE Advanced 2017 Result is declared on the official website. The results are declared by the IITs and give the all India rank of the candidates along with the rank obtained in the examination. Students who appeared for the examination can also check the result online and download their respective score/rank cards. Rank cards will not be sent to the candidates via post. Cut-off score is the minimum marks above which only the candidates are offered admission. Only those students who score above the cut-off marks will be issued rank card. The selected candidates can attend the counselling procedure.

Steps To Check JEE Advanced Result-
  • Go to the official website and then click on the direct link of JEE Advanced Result.

  • Enter the roll number, date of birth and security text on the page displayed.

  • Log in by submitting the above details.

  • The result as well as rank will be displayed on the page. View the result.

  • The rank card can further be downloaded by clicking on the rank card.


Details of JEE Advanced Result 2017-
  • In the JEE Advanced 2017 Result, the all India rank along with the category rank will be displayed for each candidate.

  • The marks for Paper I as well as Paper II will be calculated on the basis of the answer key made.

  • Cut off marks will be displayed on the website according to which the merit list will be prepared.

  • Result for the aptitude test of architecture will be declared a few days after this result is declared.

  • Joint counselling will be held for admissions to IITs and ISM through the counselling of JEE advanced for NITs, IITs, IIITs, GFTIs and ISM.

Rank List of JEE Advanced-
  • The candidates who appear in both Paper I and Paper II will be considered for ranking.

  • The total marks of candidate scored in Physics will be a total of the marks scored in paper I and paper II. Likewise, for the other subjects.

  • Rank list will be prepared on the basis of the aggregate score for SC, ST and PwD categories.

  • There will be no waiting list for ranking.
