it, need help. The major reasons for iTunes password not working are wrong data
and the incorrect date and time settings. So firstly ensure that your date,
time and time zone settings are right.
Step to
fix this issue- iTunes password (Apple ID Password) is not working:
Sometimes, most of the people get confused when they enter the
iTunes password but still cannot restore the iPhone from the backup. However,
iTunes and iCloud password denote the same thing. Actually, that password is your Apple ID
password. While in the case when you are saving backup files then iTunes backup
password becomes a different concern.
Deal with
some of the steps which give relief from the iTunes password issue:
Step 1: Reboot your device by holding the home button and
restart it again.
Step 2: Reset your Settings- go to the settings, select
‘General’ and here go to ‘Reset’, then ‘Reset all settings’.
Step 3: Reset password, for this, follow these steps - go to
the official website of Apple and click on ‘Forgot Apple ID/Password’ then
enter the current Apple ID and click on ‘Continue’.
Step 4: Select email authentication or choose an answer

Step 5: Select your authentication process and click on
‘Next’.
Step 6: Click on ‘Reset Password’ and enter the new password.
Step 7: Re-type a new Password to confirm.

There is
a way to restore an iPhone backup from your computer:

Firstly, open the iTunes on the PC or Mac that you
need to back up on your iPhone to.
