Is Ayurvedic medicine safe for the kidney?

Ayurveda is an ancient health care tradition that has been widely practiced in India for at least 5000 years.  It has been evolved for years and now is integrated with various other practices, including Yoga. People these days are suffering from various health diseases in which kidney functioning problems are quite common. The problems start when the basic unit of the kidney, called nephrons, damages and gets unable to filter the urine, due to which the waste of the body starts accumulating in the blood.

To detect and heal the deficiencies caused in the kidneys, Ayurvedic medicine for kidney disease is known to be the best solution. However, people usually prefer allopathic medical treatment.The main reason behind this is the illusion, and misconception made by the people, lacking knowledge and unaware of the benefits of the Ayurvedic treatments. For instance, allopathic medicine helps a patient get temporary relief rather than helping him prevent it from the root through which it has been caused.

Polycystic kidney disease- An inherited disorder in which a cluster of cysts develops in the kidneys. The cysts formed are non-cancerous sacs containing water-like fluids that may grow in size with time.

1.       Pain in abdomen and back

2.       Fatigue syndrome and high blood pressure

3.       Kidney damage, a lump in the abdomen, or blood in the urine

Nephrotic syndrome disease- A kidney disorder that leads to excessive excretion of too much protein in the urine. It often causes damage to small blood vessels in the kidney that enables them to function normally.

Symptoms-

1.       Swelling around the eyes, foamy urine

2.       Weight gain

3.       Loss of appetite

4.       Bloating or fluid in the abdomen

Creatinine and chronic kidney disease- Enables kidneys to filter the toxins that are likely to increase the creatinine count in a human being's blood.

Symptoms-

1.       Abdominal pain

2.       Swelling in the body parts like ankles, feet, eyes, etc

3.       Increase in weight and muscle mass

Proteinuria kidney disease-   When the amount of protein in the urine increases, then the acceptable level, it is an indication of renal disease. The kidneys stop eliminating the toxins and wastes from a body rather than let proteins spill through the channels into the urine.
