IPU CET 2014 Counselling Schedule

IPU CET 2014 Counselling will be conducted by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, i.e., GGS IPU after the commencement of the exam and declaration of result for the same. The applicants with their name in the merit list will only be allowed to attend the IPU CET Counselling. Applicants will be able to fill their choices for the colleges according to their preferences for seat allotment. The counselling will be starting in the first week of July 2014.

Applicants will be able to fill their option for the colleges and courses in the counselling round in decreasing order of their preferences. Since the allotment of seat will be highly dependent on the options filled by the candidates, therefore it must be filled carefully by the applicants. The seat allotment in IPU CET Counselling 2014 will depend on various other factors like college intake, availability of seats, ranking of the applicants, reservation rules, etc.

The complete IPU CET 2014 Counselling includes following processes and steps as mentioned here. First of all the applicants have to register online for the counselling and submit their fees. Applicants have to first visit the official website and search for online registration section. Then they are required to enter all the details correctly as per their certificates as if any mistake is found, the application will be rejected. Submit the non refundable fees of 1000/- via challan or net banking to be deposited at any Indian Bank branch. This Challan form will be available on the website only, from where the applicants must download it. A unique transaction ID will be given to the candidates once the fees for IPU CET Counselling is submitted, which will be required for the all the process till the completion of the admission procedure. After complete registration, applicants must take print out of the form.

The second phase of the IPU CET 2014 Counselling will start in first week of July 2014. Applicants will not be able to login to the counselling page until the payment of counselling fees. Applicants must enter all the details correctly and carefully as it will play very significant role in seat allotment. After that the documents of the applicants will be verified, it is compulsory for each and every applicant to attend the document verification with all their certificates and reserved category applicants must bring their category certificate to avail the benefits.
