Eligibility Criteria For UPSC IES 2015

- Candidates must be Indian or subject to Bhutan or Nepal.
- Tibetan refugees migrated to India prior to 1 January 1962 are eligible.
- Indian origin candidates moved from Burma, Sri Lanka, Pakistan and East African Countries of Kenya, Ethiopia, Uganda, Vietnam, Zambia, etc.
- The candidates belonging to above points will have to submit a certificate of eligibility issued by Government of India.
- They must be minimum of 21 years and not more than 30 years.
