Instagram Story Tricks and Hacks

by Andrew R. Researcher

It is easy to move around in Stories. Swipe right to move to the previous Story, swipe left to get to the next Story, and tap to skip the current photo or video while perusing your friends' Stories. By touching and holding the screen, you may pause a tale so that you can focus on a single image. You only need to lift your finger to restart the narrative. The same holds true with video. To respond to a Story, swipe up on it, or just click the heart in the bottom right corner to like it. Instagram viewer is one of the coolest medium to get the best experience of instagram at ease.

Of all these functionalities, here are some tips that you can utilize to explore more:

Apply stickers

It's time to spruce up your awesome photo or video with some amusing stickers once you've taken it. After taking a photo or video, choose "Create," then press the smiling sticker symbol in the top right corner of your screen to access these.

·         Sticker Size

You can pinch the sticker once you've added it to your Story to increase or decrease its size. You can also tap and drag it around the frame to change its position.

·         Check for new ones

Whether it's for a workday, a holiday, or a season, Instagram frequently publishes distinctive Story stickers. Every day, check this section for fresh and relevant stickers to add to your Story.

·         Add location

By allowing others to connect with your Instagram Story in similar ways to you, you may increase engagement. To personalize your Story, open the stickers’ area and press any of the following buttons:

Hands-free Video

If you frequently record videos on Instagram, you are aware that you must keep your thumb pressed against the record button during the whole recording process. When attempting dynamic and engaging videos that need greater hand motion, this may be tiresome.

Utilize Pen

Use the pen to accentuate your story with symbols, more words, or both. After you've taken a picture or a video, you may access more choices by tapping the pen icon in the top right corner of your screen.

From there, you may alter the color you're writing with or modify the thickness of your pen stroke.

Add a background color

If you want to share a Story with a background color — like the images I've shared above — you can actually select it from the color palette.

Take a picture (it doesn't have to be a picture of anything in particular), and then tap the pen icon to open up the color palette.
