Here is Information on tourist places in Bikaner Rajasthan:-

Junagarh Fort Bikaner Rajasthan: Bikaner's piece de resistance' is the splendid Junagarh Fort, built by Bikaner's ruler Raja Rai Singhji in 1593. Rai Singhji, a general in the army of the Mughal emperor Akbar, built Junagarh Fort for the Mughal army, and the most unusual feature of it is the fact that the citadel is built at ground level rather than atop a hill, as was the norm. The fort has exquisitely decorated interiors (a testimony to the fact that Rai Singh pumped a huge amount of wealth into its building), and what makes it even more worthwhile is the excellent state of preservation the fort is in.

Among the palaces, courtyards, gardens and chambers within Junagarh Fort Bikaner, the most stunning includes the Anup Mahal, the walls of which are lacquered and painted in red and gold, with a dazzling inlay of glass. Also worth a look is the Badal Mahal, the walls of which are painted with frescoes of rainclouds, many of them depicting Krishna and Radha against a backdrop of clouds. While you're wandering through the fort, remember to check out the equally breathtaking Phool Mahal, Karan Mahal and Chandra Mahal, each of them decorated with intricate cravings, stained glass windows, and pretty paintings on the walls.

Lalgarh Palace Bikaner Rajasthan

Lalgarh Palace Bikaner Rajasthan: Today a heritage hotel, the Lalgarh Palace was built by Bikaner's Maharaja Ganga Singh in memory of his father Maharaja Lal Singh. The red sandstone palace, which was commissioned in 1896 and finally completed in the first decade of the 1920s, was designed by the famous British architect Sir Swinton Jacob. It is a striking blend of Indian and European architectural styles, with beautifully landscaped gardens, finely carved screens and windows, Belgian crystal chandeliers, billiards rooms, a smoking room and a quaint cards room being all part of the charm. The first floor of the Lalgarh Palace has been converted into a museum known as the Shri Sadul Museum, which has a fine collection of artifacts, including manuscripts, gold and silver plaques, Georgian paintings and a vast number of the Maharaja's personal possessions, such as golf clubs, cameras, an electric toothbrush and so forth.

SandeshwSandeshwar Jain Temples Bikaner Rajasthanar-Jain-Temples-Bikaner-Rajasthan

Bhandeshwar and Sandeshwar Jain Temples Bikaner Rajasthan: Constructed in the 14th century by two brothers known as Bhandeshwar and Sandeshwar, these Jain Temples' lie at a distance of about 5 km from Bikaner. The Bhandeshwar and Sandeshwar shrines are dedicated to the 23rd tirthankar of the Jain faith, Parshvanathji. The most outstanding feature of the temples is their colourful decoration- lavish use has been made not just of paint but also of mirror work and gold leaf, two materials not generally used in Jain temple architecture.

Other than the Bhandeshwar and Sandeshwar Temples, Bikaner is home to a few other temples that can be visited, provided one has the time and the inclination. These include the temples of Laxminathji, Nagnechiji and Shiv Bari, besides the red sandstone temples of Raj Ratan Bihari and Rasik Shiromani.
