An industrial chiller is a cooling system that removes heat from the water and cools the area and equipment, where it is installed. It is a compressed cooling system that is similar to the air conditioner but it only removes the heat from the water not from the air. Many components are used in the industrial chiller such as, temperature controller, reservoir and recirculation pump. The operation of the industrial chiller is also very simple. The reservoir is filled with water or water with ethylene glycol mix. Then pumping is done to circulate the water. The function of the controller is to control the function of the chiller. The user can regulate the temperature, pressure and flow of the chiller by setting the program based on individual or factory needs. Internal strainer keeps all the impurities out of the system.

Need for chillers –

The main purpose of chillers is to cool the various system and equipments used in production and processing inside the manufacturing unit. By cooling the chiller, protects the processing equipments such spot welders, molding equipments, and other equipments used in manufacturing areas.  By maintaining a cool and constant temperature in the equipment, the speed of production is increased.

In plastic industry, the chillers are used to cool the injected, stamped and blown plastic. The chiller also cool the equipment used in making plastic.  The laser and power supplies used to power it also need cooling, which is provided by the chillers.

The heat generated by the printing rollers is also cooled by the chillers. The paper, which comes out of the ink dryer ovens, also gets cooling from chillers. The machinery is kept at the ambient temperature during cutting process by the chillers.

In MRI and PET scans, Industrial Chillers Manufacturers in Delhi  the chillers cool the high powered latest electronics inside the diagnostic machines .and for machine tooling, the spindle of the machine is cooled as it produces an item. The liquid, which is sprayed on the part produced is also cooled when part is turned on the spindle.

The selection Air Dryer Manufacturer in Delhi of the industrial chiller is based on the couples of factors first is the amount of heat that is being generated by the applications in manufacturing unit. And second, the additional power that is used to maintain the temperature under varying loads.

Some chillers are designed to cool at very low temperature while other can cool at mild range temperatures .Similarly, some chillers can withstand high liquid flow, while others can only work at trickle of liquid.
