From small college festival fashion shows to the lakme fashion week, many designers have emerged from then and now are in the top league, pursuing their fashion, showcasing Indian fashion globally and building a chain of stores.

1. Manish Malhotra:

Today, his name is synonymous with style in Hindi films. He revolutionized the fashion scene in Bollywood by envisioning a ‘look’ for the character. 5. Ritu Kumar:

Rina Dhaka is a leading Indian fashion designers who burst onto the fashion world in 80s. She is counted among the creative and innovative designers of the country. 
She is best known for her theme collections – sheer trousers, crochet, and stretch jersey, woolens and spider web motifs.
