In a recent survey, more than 40% of the customers said that they would buy from a business again if they provided good customer service. More than 85% of the customers do not mind spending a little extra if they get quality customer service.

With that being said, customer service is a very important part of each company. Not providing exceptional customer services is more costly than investing in building an efficient customer service department.
