IES 2015 Application Form
Indian Engineering Services is one of the most prestigious services in India. Candidates have to go through a selection criteria before finally getting selected. Union Public Service Commission conducts the exam for the candidates those who are interested in it. To apply for the exam, candidates have to fill the application form. IES 2015 Application Form which will be released on 14 March 2015. Candidates will have to fill that form so that they can appear in the exam.
Since, the application forms will not be available via any other mode than online therefore candidates will have to apply for the exam on UPSC website only. Candidates must also be well aware of the dates of release and end of application form as no late form will be accepted by the board under any circumstances. The forms can be submitted till 10 April only as per the details available.
Now we are providing the details that will guide candidates in filling the application form. Step by step procedure to apply for the exam is mentioned below.
1.Visit the website of UPSC as the form will not be available anywhere else.
2.On the left hand side of the homepage candidates will find a link for IES 2015 Application Form. Click on that particular link.
3.Candidates will be directed to the application form where they will have to fill all the details that are asked in the form. These details must be correct and genuine in all respect as any discrepancy or error in the details may lead to the cancellation of the form.
4.All the detail must match the detail that are mentioned in the certificates of X and XII class.
5.Candidates will also have to upload their scanned photograph as per the instructions provided by the board.
6.Now pay the fees for application form by selecting a payment option. It can be paid via online or offline mode as well (details given below).
7.After the payment of fees and form submission a unique registration number and password will be provided to the candidates. It must be kept safe for any further references.
Fees Payment Modes Details
As we know that the application will not be considered complete until and unless fees is paid for that. In this section we are providing the details about the modes and methods that can be used by the candidates for making fees payment.
General and OBC category candidates will have to pay 200/- as IES 2015 online Application Form fees. Whereas female candidates and candidates from SC/ST categories has been exempted from fees payment.
To pay the fees via online mode, candidates will have to first select the mode (debit card/ credit card/ net banking, etc) and then follow the instructions mentioned there.
Fees via offline mode can be submitted by e-slip or challan. It is generated when candidates choose offline mode of fees payment. They must take this slip to the branch of SBI and pay in cash. Bank will keep its copy and candidates will be given its receipt. They must keep it safe with them. Candidates must keep their copy of IES 2015 online Application Form and fees receipt safe with them as it can be required at any point. Since the fees is non refundable and non transferable therefore candidates must take each and every step very carefully. Filling multiple forms will not increase their chances of selection infact it will lead to cancellation of both the applications.
