Indian Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is going to release IBPS PO 2017 Notification soon for this year. Each year IBPS releases the recruitment for Probationary Officers (PO) and Clerical Cadre for interested and eligible candidates. As per the academic schedule of IBPS, Indian Banking Personnel Selection Department will conduct IBPS PO Pre-Exams on 7th, 8th, 14th and 15th October 2017. IBPS PO 2017 Recruitment will carry more than 8000 posts for Probationary Officers and Clerical Cadre. These 8000 (expected) posts are divided into 20 different banks come under IBPS. Some of these banks such as Canara Bank and IDBI Bank have more than 1000 vacant seats. In both banks, candidates have better opportunity to get posted at their desired post. Also, there are some banks such as Bank of Baroda, Bank of Maharashtra, Corporation Bank, Dena Bank, Indian Bank and Indian Overseas Bank that have no vacant seat.
The no. of vacant seats in different banks depend on many things. The banks with more liability and responsibilities demand more employees and officers. According to this, IBPS releases vacancies for Probationary Officers, Clerical Cadre, Clerk and so on. Also, the division of vacant seats depends on the categories of the candidates.
